One Seed is excited to welcome Master Food Preserver of Orange County, Natalie Vishny, as she will demonstrate live the proper way to preserve Strawberry Jam!

An Orange County Fair multiple Blue Ribbon Winner, Natalie loves creating extraordinary recipes of her own. She can be seen frequently at Farmer’s Markets and Specialty Food Shops across North America, looking for the best produce and goods for her creations. Natalie loves teaching people the benefits and pleasure of creating specialty items to share with those they love.

In addition to Natalie’s upcoming Strawberry Jam Preservation demonstration at One Seed Community Garden at 11:00am on April 26th, make sure to stop by the 2025 OC Fair this summer to see one of her presentations or see her as a Judge!
